SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
The Project Manager (PM) is accountable for project delivery and cost by managing all project resources to client satisfaction.
PM is responsible for complete project management of modular systems based on company’s proprietary technology. This includes managing activities of process design, detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication of equipment and modules, inspection & expediting, transport to customer site, support during erection, pre-commissioning, commissioning performance test runs and handover PM shall also be responsible for project monitoring and control w.r.t. HS&E, quality, time and cost. PM is also responsible for cost estimation, customer invoices and vendor bills. PM is responsible for contract and risk management of projects(s).
